Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Executive you will manage our end-to-end recruitment efforts from candidate sourcing to candidate onboarding. You gain further experience in Talent Acqusition and other aspects of HR at a startup.
Responsibilities
- Source Candidates through Job portals
- Source candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn
- Screen Candidates as per job role
- Schedule candidate evaluation discussions with our team
- Manage offer letter rollout and pre-onboarding
- Conducting background checks
- Manage Onboarding
Requirements
- 2 years of experience with managing Talent Acquisition for Engineering Talent
- Experience with Defence Industry would be preferred
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage time and multiple positions at a time
